Ask Sharifah is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS, the California Secretary of State, or any other government agency.

Services, pricing, and orders

Descriptions and prices shown on the website are subject to confirmation. An order is accepted when payment is completed or when we provide written confirmation. Government filing fees, advertising costs, subscriptions, hosting, printing, postage, and third party charges are not included unless expressly stated.

Project information and timelines

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information needed to perform the services. Delivery dates depend on project scope, receipt of materials, approvals, and your response time. Delays in providing content or approvals may change the delivery schedule.

Revisions, cancellations, and refunds

Included revisions are limited to the number stated in the service description or project agreement. Additional work may require an additional fee. Because services reserve professional time and often begin immediately, payments are nonrefundable after work has started unless a written agreement states otherwise. Monthly services may be canceled before the next billing date, but fees already paid are not prorated.

Funding, media, and business outcomes

We do not guarantee grants, funding, media placement, podcast appearances, sales, revenue, search rankings, business approval, or any particular result. Grant applications and media opportunities are controlled by independent organizations and decision makers.

Intellectual property

Ask Sharifah retains ownership of its website, methods, templates, preliminary concepts, and materials not specifically created and paid for by a client. Final custom deliverables transfer only after full payment, except for licensed fonts, stock assets, software, platforms, and third party materials that remain subject to their own licenses.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, or use website content in a way that violates intellectual property or other rights.

Third party services

The website may link to or use services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, terms, or privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Sharifah Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost profit damages arising from use of the website or services. Our total liability for a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
