One tip I would definitely recommend is to not wait to hire staff. Many new business owners feel they need to wait to hire their first employee until the business is established and producing a steady flow of income.
There are only 24 hours in a day and one person can’t do it all. Also no one person can be good at everything. If you really want mega-success, the key is to find the right team for your business and to do it early on.
Think about what you are good at, enjoy doing and what you can do to bring more money into the business. When hiring staff, find people that are the opposite of you, people that are good at and enjoy the things you do not. This will accomplish several things. You will have a business where everyone’s key task is something they are good at and enjoy doing. Because the employees enjoy their work, the environment will be a happier place to be. And most important, if you hire the right person, they will more than pay for themselves and free up your time to focus on growing a success business.
