With more than 30 years of experience across entrepreneurship, capital markets, media, and technology, she specializes in structuring, monetizing, and scaling disciplined, sustainable businesses.
Sharifah began building online ventures in 1994, long before digital entrepreneurship became mainstream. Over the decades, she has worked across business development, marketing, media production, and capital formation, helping founders refine their positioning, strengthen revenue models, and secure funding.
She has played key roles in business expansion and capital strategy, including contributing to the growth and public offering efforts of Punch TV Studios, where millions were raised through its IPO. Throughout her career, she has advised companies on growth strategy, revenue architecture, and long term scalability.
Sharifah is the Founder and National President of The People’s Chamber of Commerce and the host of the Ask Sharifah Videocast and Podcast, where she has interviewed thousands of founders, executives, and industry leaders.
She is also the author of several books on entrepreneurship, capital raising, politics, and digital marketing, including Signs You Might Be an Entrepreneur and How to Obtain Investors.
A former candidate for Long Beach City Council and California State Senate, Sharifah brings a unique perspective that blends business strategy, leadership, and public engagement.
