Learn from others who have done it before you. You don’t always have to reinvent the wheel. When it comes to success and failure, there’s always someone who has done it better or worse before you. This means you can learn from their trials, and you can also learn from their errors. Talk to them. Start conversations that can lead to valuable mentorship relationships and ongoing feedback. Not only can you learn from their experiences, but if you’re open to feedback you will always be improving. Sometimes you can’t see what’s going on right in front of you, but allowing someone who has been there to guide you will aid you in seeing the full picture.
