“Get a Mentor: First and Foremost” Tip From Kayla Pendleton

Get a mentor: first and foremost. That’s the most important thing to do that I would tell a new business owner. Find somebody that can hold your hand through all the ups and downs of starting your business. Someone who has been there themselves and someone who is interested in your business but doesn’t take it personally if you choose or not to take their advice.

Because starting a business usually ends up being the largest personal growth you’ve ever gone through look for someone who’s going to be able to walk with you and support you through that.

It doesn’t matter if it’s somebody that you pay or not, but just don’t try and do the journey alone.
