My number one tip would be to allow your employees to work remotely and to encourage flexible schedules.  Companies are gravitating more and more towards this model for many reasons.
Not only does it save money for the company, but allows employees to work when they are most productive.
Allowing flex-scheduling and remote work allows work to “flow” through a period of 24 hours. That is, if a customer is ready to buy something at midnight, you can log your hours accordingly to complete that sale.
Productivity benefits aside, not having to rent a physical office also saves money and is more eco-friendly. You won’t have to worry about utility bills, office supplies and transport costs generated by having employees working at the office.
